The church has made these fillable forms available for you, should you choose to fill them out and share them with the office. They will be kept in a confidental location and will only be used in case of an emergency.  

There is also a Pre-Arrangement Death Instruction form included that would be helpful in planning your funeral.  It is only a helpful tool and will not overstep the bounds of any will.

Both are helpful tools and options, should you choose to use them.

The Endowment Trust was established to fund large projects and needs of the Church, such as expansion of the Church building and major maintenance projects. The funds are invested for future returns. The net earnings from the investments are available for special projects, particularly new ministries and stewardship opportunities, as determined the Endowment Trust Committee. Past funding has provided assistance to purchase new hymnal supplements, a new keyboard, printed materials for bereaved families, an upgrade to the Church’s website, among numerous other projects.

To apply for a grant please fill out this form and provide it to the Chair for review at their next meeting.

Please fill out this form if you would like to hold an event here at church or for church - and/or - have an event publicized to the congregation and/or community.

Please have this form submitted by deadline to ensure publishing: Monday is the deadline for all Thursday Church emails, The second Friday of the month is the Newsletter deadline for the upcoming month.

The homeless are served every Sunday at our church as there are no other services in Montrose that serve meals on Sunday. Anyone is welcome to sign up and help regardless of church affilitation.   Please sign up here.

Childcare Position

General Qualifications:

• Demonstrate a liking for children, able to interact with them appropriately, and understand and respond to their needs.
• Possess effective communication, listening and group skills appropriate to the age of the children. Also, able to communicate with parents effectively and proactively.
• Able to work cooperatively with the Nursery Coordinator, Director of Family Ministries, the Pastor and other staff members.
• Twenty-one years old or older
• Possess a current first aid and child CPR certificate or obtain such certificates within a reasonable time after date of employment.
• Willing to attend approved in-service instruction to further his/her knowledge of childcare.
• Able to work Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30-12:30. Additional hours may be available.
